Must a patient become a member?
No. Patient Plus is optional. Patients can continue to book and pay for any available care without a membership.
Does membership include consultations or medicine?
No. Consultation, medicine, laboratory, equipment, and home-care prices remain separate and are shown before payment. Patient Plus is not health insurance.
Does membership renew automatically?
Not at launch. Each payment covers the selected month or year; the patient chooses when to extend it.
Can I use an HMO?

How is the provider commission calculated?
The current platform commission is 10% on completed provider services and sales. Providers can see the gross amount, platform commission, and net amount in their records.
